National Oldtime Fiddlers Contest - Third full week of June. Since 1953, during a week long musical celebration, Weiser, Idaho has played host to fiddlers and friends from around the World. Dedicated to preserving and perpetuating fiddle music for generations to come,this annual festival offers many opportunities to listen and learn from some of the best musicians in the country.  Weiser becomes a mecca for music throughout the town and the many temporary camping communities. 

The contest is one of the most prestigious fiddling events in the world and hosts 350 top competitors in the week long venture to hold one of eight National division titles. 

Gateway to Hell's Canyon - North America's deepest river gorge, encompasses a vast and remote region with dramatic changes in elevation, terrain, climate and vegetation. Carved by the great Snake River, Hells Canyon plunges more than a mile below Oregon's west rim, and 8,000 feet below snowcapped He Devil Peak of Idaho's Seven Devils Mountains. There are no roads across Hells Canyon's 10-mile wide expanse, and only three roads that lead to the Snake River between Hells Canyon Dam and the Oregon-Washington boundary.

Burgdorf Hot Springs - Come relax in the pool which is 50' by 85' about chest deep with a kiddy pool. Adult price is $5.30, Children $2.65.

There is a spring box that is 6' X 6' and chest deep at 113 degrees. The pool is from 104 to 100 degrees.The spring runs at 150 gallons per minute with approximately 225 thousand gallons of water in the pool.
